Decent experience, slow support

I bought a KnitPro interchangeable needle set. The quality is good, as expected. Shipping was quick enough, it got here in about a week to the US. thinking of getting some McIntosh wool. how does it compare to like, Purl Soho or Loop London? is it a similar quality feel?

It's definitely up there with Purl Soho for quality, maybe even better for the hand-dyed stuff. Loop London has some great unique finds but McIntosh's BFL is just divine.

I'd say it's on par with the higher-end stuff from those places. The BFL and cashmere blends are really soft and luxurious. You won't be disappointed.

Yeah, I got some BFL from them last month. To California it took about 2 weeks. Not super fast but def worth the wait for how pretty it is.
